Privacy

If you are invited and choose to sign in, Discord handles your credentials. We use the account and technical information needed to provide and protect your access. We do not sell personal information.

This notice covers the website and the invited-account store. Questions go to the support channel supplied with store access.

Who we are

Raisin Plugins is an independent software publisher based in Finland. We sell licences to independently developed desktop plugins, delivered through an authenticated launcher.

Products, plans and prices are shown in euros inside the invitation-only store before you pay. Every plan is a one-time licence purchase. A session allowance is the maximum number of clients that may use a product at the same time. No account, currency or in-game item is included.

Ordering and delivery

Duration, session allowance and total price are shown before payment. Nothing is charged until you confirm checkout.

Access attaches to the Discord account used at checkout. It normally appears in Raisin Launcher as soon as payment clears.

Plans are one-time purchases and never renew automatically. Buy again when a licence expires.

Customer support

Support runs through the authenticated Discord account and the support channel supplied with store access. Raise access, billing or technical problems there, or with Discord user Jnzi. We aim to reply within two business days.

Include the Discord account you ordered with and the payment receipt or order reference. Never send game or Discord passwords.

Refunds and disputes

Ask within 14 days of purchase. We refund in full for duplicate charges, failure to deliver access, or a verified technical incompatibility support cannot resolve. Unused, unactivated licences can also be cancelled and refunded in that window.

Once a licence has been activated or materially used, change-of-mind refunds are considered case by case. Approved card refunds go back to the original payment method and usually land within 5–10 business days. Contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate — doing so does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation and expiry

Plans do not auto-renew. Access ends when the purchased period expires. An unused order can be cancelled by contacting support before activation. Uninstalling the launcher or a plugin is not a refund request.

Acceptable use and limitations

These are independent third-party products. You must follow applicable law and the terms of any game, client or service you use them with. We cannot promise that a third party will permit a plugin, that accounts will go unaffected, or that every update will stay compatible.

Licences are personal: no reselling, sharing, reverse engineering, or attacking the delivery service. We may suspend service for fraud, payment reversal, licence sharing or misuse. Material outages are handled through support and the refund policy above.

Raisin Plugins is independent. We are not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by the publisher of any game, or the maker of any client, that our software runs alongside. Those services set their own rules, and you should read them before you buy. Using this software may put an account at risk, and that risk is yours.
